“ We found this restaurant via a Google map search, we liked the look of the healthy looking fresh food we were craving to eat. This place exceeded our expectations! Also known as Big Mike's, we were welcomed in which was a lovely start to our breakfast. The coffee was served to us in cafetieres and was the best coffee we have had in the 4 weeks we have been in America. It was so smooth. I had the tropical acai bowl. It was fresh and had a great combination of flavours and textures which complimented each other. My husband had the eggs benedict, which was served on a light textured muffin. Great flavour, everything tasted fresh and homemade. Staff gave excellent service. If you want fresh, healthy food with great positive vibes, this is your place! ”
“ We went to Fresh First for a light lunch. They did not disappoint. My husband order the chicken burger with spinach on top. He had it with a side salad. I had a bowl of tomato soup and a cobb salad. Our meals were light and delicious. They’re open until 3 so they serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon healthy snacks, ie acai bowls. For beverages they offer house made juices and infused alkaline water sodas which I tried for the first time and found it delicious even though I’m not usually a seltzer fan. Definitely a must try establishment. ”

“ Perfect place for gluten free folks- EVERYTHING on their menu is 100% gluten free! With that being said, food is still delicious! I’ve eaten here multiple times and food is consistent! I’ve had several of their smoothies and entrees. Picture below is breakfast/egg sandwich and the breakfast burrito! Menu is different from most breakfast restaurants in that wherever you’d usually have bread/biscuit/English muffin, they substitute with a gluten free waffle. So sandwiches and eggs benny, for example, are served with a waffle. Place is very solid- enjoy ”
